Welcome to HomeBin University.  I'm Dan Sweeney, and today we're talking about the HomeBin buyer rebate program.  If you have been on our website or you were referred by a friend, you're probably aware of our HomeBin rebate.  If you're looking at properties on our website, it's right below the price...it says "HomeBin Rebate" and it's usually between 1000 and 2000 dollars-it's all dependent on the price of the home. 

It's our partnering program with our buyers.  We get paid a commission by the seller and we give you 20% of it.  Now why do we do this?  We think if we give you great service, really protect your interest-making sure you get the right house at the right price, and we give you this cash rebate after the closing for a couple thousand dollars...you're really going to have a pleasant experience with us.   You will essentially do our marketing for us by telling your friends and family "Hey use these guys, they're great".  So instead of spending our ad dollars making commercials, we decided it was better to put that money back in your hands and let you do our advertising for us.  

So hopefully you'll have a good experience, and when you do we'll ask you to refer us...and that's why we call it our partner program.
