Just a quick update…

HomeBin Discount Realty is conducting a first time buyer seminar.  We’re really excited about this, it’s going to be a fun night.  We have three guest speakers who are coming.  One is a CPA who is going to talk about the tax advantages to ownership as well as how to navigate the first time buyer credit that Obama just put in place.  We have a senior loan officer coming who is going to talk about mortgages, where rates are, all the programs that are available right now.  There are a lot of interesting things going on in the mortgage market he’s going to be presenting for a while.  And lastly we have a real estate attorney who is also going to be there discussing the ins and outs of the closing process, as well as title insurance and homeowners insurance-and just giving you a good legal perspective on the purchase process.

So besides those three guest speakers, we’re going to be there as well.  We’re going to be talking about essentially how to go about finding a property, what to watch out for, there’s going to be a lot of common mistakes, things to watch out for, mistakes we see buyers make hopefully we’re going to prevent you from making those mistakes.
