Tax Credit Extended!

-Extra time: You now have until April 30th 2010 to get under contract, and June 30th to close to qualify for the 8000 credit

-Income limits have been raised: Single filers used to see their credit diminish between 75 and 95 thousand a year.  And above 95 they recieved nothing.  Now the phase-out is between 125 and 145 thousand a year.

-Likewise for Joint filers...old phase-out was between 150 and 170.  Now the phase-out is between 225 and 245

-AND now non-first-time buyers (those who have resided in a home for at least 5 years) can qualify for a lower 6,500 credit.
