The Town of Stoughton is a medium sized suburban community with great ethnic and religious diversity. Stoughton is located twenty miles south, southwest of Boston. The town is primarily a residential community with an excellent range of commercial properties that provide jobs, economic prosperity and non-residential tax dollars.
The community takes pride in the Stoughton Technology Center, world headquarters for a major manufacturer of footwear as well as many family owned businesses.
